Card-Not-Present
Take payments over the phone. Amount, customer name, and RO number are pulled from the DMS. Enter the card number, the system handles the rest.
Compliant Surcharging
Card type is detected in real time using BIN lookup. Credit card? Surcharge applied. Debit card? Surcharge removed. Every transaction is compliant automatically.
Partial Payments
Customers paying across multiple cards or in installments? Anchorbase tracks partial payments against each RO and reconciles when the balance is covered.
Automatic GL Reconciliation
Once payments are captured, Anchorbase injects the payment method and approval number directly into the DMS. The GL reconciles on the following business day.
ACH Payments

E-Invoicing
